Subscription confusion

On my.nethserver.com/servers, my Trial NethServer is shown as expired, but on

Settings/Subscription on my cluster controller, the subscription is shown as active and expires next month.

All I want to do is get a working, paid subscription, but I don’t have confidence in the subscription renewal on the website, since it’s already screwed up.

You can get a paid subscription by upgrading the trial subscription in the my.nethserver.com subscription portal via the “Upgrade button”

I don’t have the subscription on my.nethservers.com. Shall I remove the subscription from the cluster and start over?

But it’s not online.

I forgot to mention that this is now an active, running email system, and I don’t want to take the system down, or lose any informaiton.

You can safely remove the subscription from an NS8 system without loosing any info or taking the system down.
Only if you’re using NethSec controller or NethVoice, some features won’t work anymore.

You can get the token/secret from my.nethserver.org

What are those features? Currently trialing NethVoice while on the 30 day trial

It’s explained in the NethVoice admin manual.

I’m already limited to 8 extensions with the trial subscription. I was hoping to test 12-15 simultaneous calls.

Sorry, a valid enterprise (business/company) subscription is required to use more than 8 extensions in NethVoice.
The trial subscription doesn’t provide it.
