Strange behavior a POP3 Connector with IPS Trojan rule

NethServer Version: NethServer release 7.6.1810 (final) + all upd
Module: email, ips
Strange behavior a POP3 connector with IPS Trojan rule.
I setup POP3 Connector and it work fine.
I setup IPS and enabled few rules.
If i enabled IPS trojan rule on Block
POP3 Connector not work and i see error

operation error (socket sslerror during connect ((‘_ssl.c:602: The handshake operation timed out’,)))

if i Disable IPS Trojan rule or enable Alert
POP3 Connector work fine without error.

And in Evebox i dont see anythings.

AFAIK there are some rules which pulledpork enable and should be disabled. I don’t know the details, but @filippo_carletti may give more info about it.
