there are 5 email-accounts with now 1GB emails. But when I look at summary > mail , there is empty
What can I do, to correct this ?

Have you set the default quota in Email > Mailboxes page?
From the [Email > Mailboxes page], the disk space of a mailbox can be limited to a quota. If the mailbox quota is enabled, the Dashboard > Mail quota page summarizes the quota usage for each user. The quota can be customized for a specific user in Users > Edit > Services > Custom mailbox quota.
