again if the DB is corrupted, since you did not removed it, your issue is still occuringâŠwe are not window, install/remove is not goodâŠyou are on unix 
You have to look inside
/var/log/messages
/var/log/sogo/sogo.log
/var/log/mariadb/mariadb.logI removed the database sogo and installed again, so as you said.

how did you remove the mysql database ?
please paste the command you did
when we remove a mysql databse does the user (sogo here) is removed, maybe something is not working here, sogo is clear he cannot connect to mysql and mysql seems workable with nextcloud
maybe
remove sogo db
remove sogo user mysql
reinstall nethserver-sogo
OK i will try, what i also tried, restart crony, sssd, dnsmasq, memcached, opendkim, dovecot, than works, after reboot the same, and i donât see domain accounts LDAP, but i will try now what you wro

Ok solve the ad problem, without it sogo wonât connect, probably you have found the problem

Reboot takes veeeery long.I have debian and centos7 on this server, no problems with reboot.
reboot deserves nothing, the AD container is down, fix the problem
I will try, but i did not made some special settings.
