SOGo Read confirmation in Outlook

Hi,
when an email arrives in Outlook 2019, in Activesync mode, the message that has the read receipt does not prompt. Via web, on the other hand, a read confirmation is regularly requested.

Did you ask on sogo community about that? It doesn’t seem a NethServer issue

If not, please have a look at

File - Options - E-Mail - Tracking

at your Outlook, there you can change the options how to work with read receipts.

Yes, in imap it works.

You could try if it works with thunderbird and active sync, so you know if the problem is outlook or sogo.

Thunderbird as activesync with some extensions supports sync of contacts, tasks and calendar but not mail. I can’t take the test.

You’re right, but what is about an android or apple device?

With Android and iOS it does not work with Activesync and Imap
