is there some who can explain what these warnings is. and perhaps how they can be remedied?

Looks like your SOGo configuration is under-sized.
How many EAS client do you have connected to SOGo?
For 10 devices I suggest you this configuration

config setprop sogod SOGoMaximumPingInterval 3540
config setprop sogod SOGoMaximumSyncInterval 3540
config setprop sogod SOGoInternalSyncInterval 30
