I’m testing nethserver 7 final as web mail, Sogo looks very nice and when displaying messages with international characters in (content-type: text/plain; charset=utf-8) format everything is fine but I found that when it displays a message with international characters set to (Content-Type: text/plain; charset=“windows-1253” Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64) then the characters are not displayed correctly and the mail is unreadable.
Roundcube and outlook does not have the same problem, everything looks fine over there.
I tried adding the character set in httpd.conf and php.ini with no success, it must be something else.
