Hi @stephdl

Done. And as far as I can see, there are no problems. Only the integration of my SMIME certificate does not work. But that has nothing to do with the update, as it has never worked before.

I think also we need to test the migration from NS7

PR closed, testing version is : ghcr.io/nethserver/sogo:2.0.1-dev.1

Hi @stephdl,
which are the right steps to update also on NS7?

As i tried, the api-cli command is just for NS8.

Thank you very much for your hard work!

I guess any further development for NS7 is no longer viable due to the EOL status. All focus today is in NS8. AFAIK

Hi hope it wouldn’t be like this…
Wait for @stephdl to answer…

EOL means EOL but lastly we pushed an upgrade to nethserver-roundcubemail-next in NS7, let me check on it, I think it is not a hard job for it

ok, thank you so much, i appreciate a lot!

I have been running the update for a few days now and have not noticed any issues so far. Mainly used to sync mail/calendar from phones and tablets and only little webmail.
Thanks for your efforts.

Regards

no luck we need dependencies in epel not more available
EOL means EOL

That is the consequence of EOL, the whole chain of dependencies and ecosystems of CentOS and thus NethServer6/7 has moved on and shifted focus. Fact of life, but we have been warned and notified “way ahead” or with time to prepare…
