Noticed that the available updates shown by the Software Center UI doesn’t include modules which will be installed as replacements, when compared to the e-mail notifications:
I hope that everything will be installed correctly whichever method is used to update, UI or yum command line.

Yes. What you see from the UI is kind a simplified version of YUM output.
Last night I received two emails regarding updates on NS.
In Software Center I found only the updates which was mentioned in the second email (these updates were included also in the first email).
After I made the updates from Software Center, no other updates (included in the first email) are available.
Question: where are the other updates?
