Smarthost relay and sender dependant relay

Hello,
can I modify /etc/postfix/main.cf to employ a sender dependant authentication to the smarthost? In case of the host where I want to relay email doesn’t accept mismatched sender?

main.cf is templated, so you may use custom templates to add custom config, else your changes will be overwritten.
