Is it possible to create sieve scripts for public mailbox? If yes how can I do this?
I have some public mailboxes and I want to filter all mails to subfolders of this mailboxes.

You can use RoundCube (Webmail). Roundcube has settings option, where you can set Mail-Sieve rules (respected by the server, not just Roundcube!) for the specific account. You can use Roundcube as Webmail (like I am) or just use it to set mail rules for the server!
