If you’re logged in as “user”, I’ld call it a “feature”.
Otherwise it’s a bug.

Hi Andy, after I joined a Node to the cluster, I got this msg… I guess it is a bug

If you’re logged in as admin or root, and you get a permissions error, then it’s certainly a bug!
