Shared Folder not accesable

Good day I have created a shared folder and assigned an owning group. When I try to access it from a Windows 10 machine I enter my credentials and it fails with the error: \XXXX is not accessible. You might not have permissions to use this network resource. Did I miss something in the setup of shared folders?

On the samba share add the permission read & write

The Samba Share Read / Write is for Guest access not the assigned group, correct? The people in the assigned group can not log in.
