Possibly half a bug, but very low priority.
Settings page for a removed app instance is accessible through notifications’ “configure” link.
Nothing to be upset for, as trying to configure the deleted instance shows a warning and doesn’t let one proceed:

I think there just need to be defined redirect to software center or homepage if accessed app page is not available or app has been removed.
Could possibly add, app not available or has been removed, redirecting.
Is just cosmetic improvement
