Server always communicate DNS to outside Server

Hello

It seems my server always communicate port DNS(53) to outside Servers such as 217.11.49.200 and 217.11.48.200 200.219.159.10, 200.160.0.10,192.112.36.4, and etc…
is it related to RSPAMD checking black list?
