SAMBA ACL setfacl

NethServer Version: NS8
Module: Samba

Hi all,

ok here is what i’m facing.
I structure my shares like this :

0-FOLDER0
–SubFOLDER01
–SubFOLDER02
–SubFOLDER03

1-FOLDER1
–SubFOLDER11
–SubFOLDER12
–SubFOLDER13

2-FOLDER2
–SubFOLDER21
–SubFOLDER22
–SubFOLDER23

3-FOLDER3

4-FOLDER4

5-FOLDER5

6-FOLDER6

7-FOLDER7

8-FOLDER8

9-FOLDER9

You get the idea.
I need all level 0 folders to be seen by everyone but user outside admin shouldn’t be able to create folder or files there.
Then i need different authorisations on subfolders (subFOLDER01 may be accessible to everyone, 02 to OFFICE group, 03 to RnD Group, 04 to OFFICE and RnD Group).
Is the a way to do this cleanly with setfacl?.

I also struggle on old data that waas on my raid comming from an other SambaDC. I can access them with root, copy them to a shared folder, but can’t change their rights. Tried modifying acl with the web interface, i get this error :

I tried also with root to modify rights on folder and files with setfacl but with no luck for the moment.
Any ideas?
