Anyone know how to solve this issue?

Well, I dug through the whole internet trying to find a solution, but I can’t get any clues. I have old Samba file servers, and I was testing newer ones to migrate to. Everything works, but this annoying messages are cluttering the log files.

Hi and welcome!

According to this article, it seems that when SID history is missing it start complaining. So it seems not effecting anyrhing but cluttering the logs. Maybe there is a way to tell it there is no hsitory or fake a history, reduce the log vebose level or ignore hisitory checks?

@Andy_Wismer is knowledgeable on AD I believe

Well, further investigation: I have some scheduled tasks in cron running under the root user. I stopped cron for a while and the messages no longer appeared.
