This is the internal Domain (samba) address. It is invalid.

Please try to send the mail from a valid mail address. You could configure an identity in roundcube to use the right mail address.

Can I ask you one more question? If an employee is already on vacation and I do not know his password for setting up autoreply (vacation) in Roundcube, then can I set up something else or log in under this employee without changing the password?
