Roundcube 500 error out of memory

NethServer Version: 7.7.1908
Module: Roundcube Webmail

When I try to access Roundcube I am getting a 500 error. I saw somewhere in a log file that it’s saying it can’t allocate memory - even though the server has 3 GB of memory free. Can someone tell me how to fix it, or point me to which log files are important for debugging this issue?

We need the complete log error, please output before and after the error you have seen in logs

Can you tell me which log it would show up in? Sorry, I can’t seem to remember where I saw the error.
