Repo db not locked during upgrades?

Hi,

When changes are made to the repo’s database (edit/add/remove a repo) during progress of an installation of an application, that running progress is being interrupted, leading to an error.

Can you attach the error details?

Sorry @davidep , I do not have those details anymore. I made a quick note when it occurred.
