I have created a second calendar in Webtop and shared it completely with another person.
When the authorized person creates a new appointment or changes an existing appointment, I receive an email about it, but when I create or change an appointment, the authorized person does not receive an email. Is there a setting so that not only I receive this email but also all users for whom the calendar has been shared when I create or change an appointment?
I didn’t find a simple way but you could create a pseudo user to share a calendar and enable change notifications.
Then create an incoming mail rule for the changed appointment mail and send it to the other users that you shared the calendar.
Set the condition to Subject contains "Event created:" to catch the “appointment changed” mails.
