It could be a temporary error from Auth0. If it will not be fixed during the night, I will look into it tomorrow

Systems are functional, there are no alerts in the infra and just logged in and created a new server.

Could you please make sure to select the English as default language in your browser ans try to enter the page again?

solved. It was the content filter of my firewall .
