Problem with freepbx in inbound call

Good afternoon friends, I have the following difficulty, until yesterday everything was working fine, but today I wake up with the entrance of the trunk of my operator entering the call, but when I answer it hangs; I do not know if I have to see that last night I did 2 things: go from LDAP to Active Directory and additionally update pending modules.
I would appreciate your help.

was a suggestion by your Call provider?
