Good afternoon!
I have a problem using a web client of e-mail Roundcube and Public LDAP Addressbook. E-mail addresses are displayed incorrectly. The server host name gets to the mail domain. For example, instead of user@rastr.natm.ru the address book returns user@mail.rastr.natm.ru, where mail – host name of the Nethserver 6.8 server, and rastr.natm.ru – current mail domain. Here’s the screenshot of the problem. Please help me with the solution of this problem.
Hi @NikoTeeN,
I cannot reproduce your problem: on my ns6 I find the correct domain. There should be at least one email domain defined under Email > Domains
.
We have a 3 level mail domain– rastr.natm.ru. Fully qualified domain name of NethServer 6.8 – mail.rastr.natm.ru.
It corresponds the Server name settings of the NethServer 6.8 server.
Domain rastr.natm.ru is specified in the settings of Domains in an E-mail packet.
Delivery and transferring letters works properly, but in the global address directory of a web client the addresses of users are displayed incorrectly. In the e-mail address of users instead of the mail domain the fully qualified domain name registers. The problem exists both in the client Roundcube and in SOGo. Therefore, a problem is in the LDAP directory of the NethServer 6.8 server.
Please help with the solution of this problem.

When you’ve found the right configuration, create a template-custom for /etc/roundcubemail/config.inc.php
