Problem accessing the web

**NethServer Version: NethServer release 7.7.1908 (final)
**Module: Web Proxy & Filter

Good afternoon, I am having trouble accessing this website:

it gives me the following error TCP_DENIED / 407 4278 CONNECT channels.cloudhospitality.es:443 - HIER_NONE / - text / html

Even if I add it as an exception in the global whitelist, it doesn’t work.

Any ideas, thanks, regards!

Analyze the page for finding if the site calls other websites…

Without touching anything in the proxy now it works and this morning there was no way, I can’t understand why …

Perhaps ufdbguard service didn’t restart after setting it to the whitelist.
You can restart it manually with

systemctl restart ufdb
