Printer Server Not Work - Error Filter Failed

Module: Printer Server

Hello, I use Nethserver 7.8.2 and installed the CUPS print server, I added an HP 1020 printer it was added but when I send a test print I get the message from Filer Failed.

Please have a look at the logs and post them. Don’t forget the

/var/log/messages

with which protocol you connected?

Possible cause: incompatibility of Cups filters with installed version of ghostscript.
Try to downgrade either Cups Filters or upgrade Ghostscript
