Preview email on iphone with WebTop 5

Hi,
I’m using webtop 5. On iphone6 with mail configured in activesync mode, the preview of the message is as shown in the attached image. The email instead is seen correctly. There is no problem with Android phones.

It’s only one email? This email is sent from Webtop?

Active Sync it’s not the better choice for emails, I suggest you to use IMAP and check if it’s the same.

The problem is not only on one email but also on others. The emails were sent from Webtop from another account.
I have installed the account as IMAP and the problem is not there.
So on mobile is it necessary to install two accounts, one for email as imap and one as activesync for calendars and contacts?

Yes, it’s better to configure mail always in IMAP. For calendar and contacts choose between ActiveSync and CalDAV/CardDAV
