Php version 7.3 and phpMyAdmin 5.1.1

Hi,
Need expert/experience help…
How can I change so that phpMyAdmin uses php 7.2 from 5.4.16.
Many searches have been made but failed to find a solution…
I tried to reinstall but it still doesn’t change while I use 7.2 as follows:

PHP 7.2.34 (cli) (built: Jun 28 2021 11:37:12) ( NTS )
Copyright © 1997-2018 The PHP Group
Zend Engine v3.2.0, Copyright © 1998-2018 Zend Technologies
with Zend OPcache v7.2.34, Copyright © 1999-2018, by Zend Technologies

NethServer 7.9.2009

Although I actually wanted to use version 7.3 but only found a way for version 7.2.

One more thing why when I reinstall phpMyAdmin it does not install the latest phpMyAdmin 5.1.1 instead still install phpMyAdmin 4.4.15.10

reinstall with:
yum install phpmyadmin

I would be very happy if you gave me a step -by -step way.

Thank you
