Password error when mapping shared folders

NethServer Version: NethServer 7.9.2009
Module: Filter server

AD was installed and configured: ad.onlitec.corp users were created and two folders were created and these users were added to access these folders but I cannot map them.

Hello, I translated it into English because it was in Brazilian Portuguese, I believe it is now possible to help me, I have 4 other servers with Nethserver to share files but only one has this problem

“Jo no hablar espanol” and I also have no idea how to get the funky spanish accents correctly on my Macbook (The Macbook can do it, just not me!).

This is an english forum, and as such, with english, you have more people able to assist you.

Please recreate the screenshots, but first switch the language to english on the Windows box!

I try to log in with: ad.onlitec.corp\alfreire, just like I do on the other servers I manage
