There is a strict checking on the version of owncloud inside the nethserver-owncloud package because often upstream requires scripts to be launched after the upgrade.
If the release 9 correctly works, we can safely upgrade the NS package.

Just a matter to test it immediately but i agree that it should be managed by the core. The only modification is done at the owncloud require number level
