Is there something more at the log? I’ve found some entrys at sophos forum with your error message, but they have always a message with timeout too.
The solution is to increase the HTTP Keep Alive Timeout to 3600.

before 2 days i set the HTTP Keep Alive Timeoutvalue to 3600 (before I only tried 2000). Since this moment I don’t have any errors at the logs.
