Outlook 2013 no longer has connection with Nethserver

,

Gentlemen. I have a problem that the 2013 outlook does not take more than one concession with nethserver 6.9.
Logviewer(DeviceId=E70228B2F34B4285B8A1FDDDB0E112B5&DeviceType=WindowsOutlook15 HTTP/1.1" 502 434 “-” “Outlook/15.0 (15.0.4963.1000; MSI; x86)”)

Logviewer httpd error_log
[Wed Nov 08 09:01:59 2017] [error] [client 192.168.0.3] proxy: Error reading from remote server returned by /Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync

[Wed Nov 08 09:01:59 2017] [error] [client 192.168.0.3] (20014)Internal error: proxy: error reading status line from remote server 127.0.0.1

Thanks

I’m sorry but Community is primarily English speaking for ease of everyone here.
Can you translate your post in English? Google Translate would be okay

Is there something more at the log? I’ve found some entrys at sophos forum with your error message, but they have always a message with timeout too.
The solution is to increase the HTTP Keep Alive Timeout to 3600.

Sorry it’s german but I’ll translate the answer with the solution for you:

Hi Bob,

before 2 days i set the HTTP Keep Alive Timeoutvalue to 3600 (before I only tried 2000). Since this moment I don’t have any errors at the logs.

The topic seems to be done. Thanks for your help!

Hi Traeumer,

Thanks for the reply.

After a power outage, Outlook can no longer connect to Nethserver. Normally the log (http / 1.1 200) should look like this.

192.168.0.3 - - [08 / Nov / 2017: 08: 02: 24 +0100] “POST / Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync” Cmd = Sync & User = xxxxx & DeviceId = B0B875C8F5BC45B2BB5539102A66419E & DeviceType = WindowsOutlook15 HTTP / 1.1 “200 3984392” - “” Outlook / 15.0 (15.0.4963.1000; MSI; x86) "

15 HTTP / 1.1 “502 434” - “” Outlook / 15.0 (15.0.4963.1000; MSI; x86) "
192.168.0.3 - - [08 / Nov / 2017: 13: 07: 01 +0100] “POST / Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync” Cmd = FolderSync & User = xxxxxx & DeviceId = E70228B2F34B4285B8A1FDDDB0E112B5 & DeviceType = WindowsOutlook15 HTTP / 1.1 “502 434” - “” Outlook / 15.0 (15.0.4963.1000; MSI; x86) "

It sounds like a network error. Are every services running?
