Oh man! You connect to VPN from network behind your router! It is wrong!

No I’m connecting from another network, a celular network.

The second route print is not correct also, does not have the vpn connection

Here is the third

Is server pushing routes to it clients?

You made a local ring  so turn off OpenVPN ! Your windows ip 192.168.175.13 you try to connect to Openvpn 192.168.175.254, it should give your TAP adapter address 192.168.147.x and route table thought this ip !

Now is correct.

For some reason copy/paste was always the same thing

Yep so here are route with metric 20 to 192.168.175.0 192.168.147.9
And try to make tracert 192.168.175.253

One of reason that maybe 192.168.175.253 wouldnot be reachable is, on this test server you made def gateway 192.168.175.1 , change it to 192.168.175.254! And have a connection!

Let me try

Great it works!

Now only have the DNS problem

Dns the same! On your 192.168.175.254 do not use openDNS ip use 127.0.0.1 or input 192.168.175.254

Does not work.

For some reason the vpn server does not push the dns address to the client

Help on teamviewer is better and faster than writing on forum
From windows make nslookup host.home
Or edit your windows hosts file and add
192.168.175.253 viking.home
