Open Nethserver port 10050

Hello, I hope someone can help me.

How can I open a port on the Nethserver (10050 for Zabbix Agent passive) for a Zabbix Server in the same Class-C network?

The zabbix agent runs and listens on port 10050 but scanned with zenmap sees the port closed.
