I am getting this error when trying to open nextcloud document.
Nextcloud app setting
I can reach the document server from wan
When I try to open the new file
It seems the Nextcloud app isn’t configured.
There are troubleshooting steps in the wiki. Please check the Nextcloud Onlyoffice app settings and try to save the settings.
You may try to reconfigure onlyoffice including the app:

@mrmarkuz I need to upgrade the onlyoffice documentserver to version 7.1. I have enabled the markuz repo. Can I use yum update onlyoffice-documentserver to upgrade
Yes, if you enabled the onlyoffice repo. Otherwise you need to install/upgrade like this:
yum install https://github.com/ONLYOFFICE/DocumentServer/releases/download/v7.1.0/onlyoffice-documentserver.x86_64.rpm

@mrmarkuz I messed up something, and now my Onlyoffice is not working anymore. I removed Collabora.
I fail to understand the working with the nextcloud. Does the Onlyoffice and the Collabora Office Server need to reach from the WAN, since it is not accesable from WAN, but from LAN it is reachable. e.g 192.xxx.xxx.xxx/onlyoffice:8082 is opening.
In Setting, when I try to save the onlyoffice setting, it fails.
Which version of onlyoffice do you have installed? The current version 7.2.0 isn’t working correctly. You may downgrade to 7.1.0.
Seems very old 6.4.2-6
Maybe it helps to execute
signal-event nethserver-onlyoffice-update
to reconfigure onlyoffice.
You may update to 7.1.0, maybe there are issues regarding the old version. I’ll check that later today…
I updated the Onlyoffice to 7.1.0
From LAN
I disable then remove and again reinstall the onlyoffice app/addons
Onlyoffice option not available here
In setting → Onlyoffice when I click save, it didn’t save

Was there an error after clicking the save button?
I get following error but onlyoffice is working.
Error connection: Error occurred in the document service: Error while downloading the document file to be converted.
I can reach your server, onlyoffice seems running and the healthcheck is working.
Can you ping the onlyoffice domain from your NethServer?

This is the error in the logging

It seems, the problem is with the APP. In nextcloud the context menu dosen’t showing the Onlyoffice option. See Below
