NS8 Bad Gateway

Module: sogo, nextcloud, roundcubemail

After many problems, NS8 finally worked. I made the mistake of restarting NS8.
After the restart, every time I connect to an app, a “Bad GAteway” message appears in the browser and I can’t access the apps.

This error message affects the phpmayadmin, lam, sogo, nextcloud, roundcubemail apps.

It doesn’t work after multiple restarts. Has anyone encountered this error?

Clear of browser cache does not help?

I still get the error even after deleting the cache

Applications may fail to start at boot if the node has too few resources to start them at the same time.

Good morning, I’ve had this problem since September 2025. Nextcloud occasionally runs and gives me a “bad gateway.” Every time I do, I have to restore the backup. I’m up to nextcloud18.

Please fix this bug; it’s becoming a major problem.

There could be different reasons why Nextcloud isn’t started which results in a “Bad gateway” error.

Please check if the containers are started on the Nextcloud app status page in the cluster-admin UI:

Does it help to restart the Nextcloud instance in the Software Center?

Are there errors in the logs?

Are the system requirements met, especially the fast disks? See System requirements — NS8 documentation

The current NethServer Nextcloud package version is 1.6.1 while Nextcloud is at version 32.
