Hi,
I’m trying to setup a NS8 with Webtop.
I can access the webtop via the browser, but not with Outlook or iphone
When i use the z-push link (https://domain.com/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync ) to check the login it doesn’t work either
It look like it isn’t accepting the user or password
tried with multiple users, but all the same
When i install Sogo all works

Always use the full user name format <user>@<domain>
for login to the web application and Active Sync.
Active Sync protocol is supported only on Android and iOS devices. Outlook is not supported.
iOS devices require a valid SSL certificate on the server.

Hi dnutan
Thanks for the swift reply.
Now it is working. Also it is working with Outlook and IOS
I’ve setup in Nethsecurity a reverse proxy and an let’s encrypt certificate
In Sogo i could user only the username, so that tricked me

How can i sync the contacts and calender ?
According to the instruction you need to give full access
In the settings page don’t see this option
Found it on the contact and calender page, but still does not synchronize
This i have not found yet

Sorry, can’t help there.
Don’t know if that’s still there on webtop ui (didn’t find it) or if it just comes from a guide for an older iteration/version.
I’ve played with both Sogo and Webtop in combination with Outlook en IOS
In Sogo no issues with the synchonisation
In Webtop the calender and contact won’t syncronize nicely from Outlook to Webtop and the contacts are not even there.

Did you already check the logs for errors?
Just open the log page, follow the log and try to connect with a client device.
To enable (z-push) debug log or raise the z-push log level, go to the Webtop advanced settings:
