No DKIM / Configure DKIM not availible

NethServer Version: NS8
Module: domain / DKIM

Quick overview - had to move my current working NS8 server from one device to another. It is on a proxmox 8.x, Debian 12, with more memory and hard disk space now.

I had to do a restore to this server and finally got everything setup properly on the server and the firewall.

At this time, it looks like everything should work, I can send emails, but can not receive emails. So I started to look around, long story short I finally tracked it down to my DKIM.

I believe the last couple of times I have installed email server on NS8 with a domain I went into domain and under the three dots I could see configure DKIM.

For some reason, I don’t see it.

I did some searching under these forums and found the following -

and

How would I go about getting DKIM Configure back and be able to configure it.

As always, your help is appreciated.

Jeff

I think you misunderstood

Domain from account provider !== domain of mail server

Go to the mail > domains page

Yes. Sorry! You are correct. I have been working on too many things at once. I don’t even know why I thought it was there. I guess it was because the word Domain was visible over on the left. I forgot to go to the mail app on the right side hidden panel - my bad.

Believe it or not, I have set up a couple of these. Didn’t have a challenge remembering it on those.

Super thanks for the reply. I have been jumping through hoops today. Thanks for taking the time to give me feed back.
