Nextcloud text editor formating toolbar missing

Module: nc 17.0.1

I checked two of my installs in NS with default NS NC installs and the new for v17 NC text editor toolbar is missing.
The ui looks like the new interface in the screenshots for NC but no toolbar.

Anyone else have or don’t have the toolbar?

Works for me with markdown files (.md). Not shown on normal txt files.
On Android there’s an open bug as toolbar opens upwards and partially hidden.

Ahhh, I get it now… it seems like it’s only useful for collab within the browser ui. Thanks.
