Nextcloud problem with .doc files

Good morning at all I have a problem with nextcloud on nethserver 7.3 updated all to today
If I try to open a .doc file and even having uploaded the onlyoffice application from its inside nextcloud please refer to the logon window

Sorry but I don’t get at what are you looking for.

If see any error, please check the log: /var/lib/nethserver/nextcloud/nextcloud.log

What’s onlyoffice? I don’t have any clue about that app
Did you follow some guides?
