Nextcloud Maintenance mode not burging

My Nextcloud instance is stuck at maintenanc mode, and is not proceeding, i have tried rebooting the server, but still the same issue persists, what could be happening and how do i fix this.

I was trying to update some few apps on the pp store, preior to this error

i have tried sudo -u apache /opt/rh/rh-php71/root/usr/bin/php /usr/share/nextcloud/occ maintenance:mode --off but not resolved

i also tried sudo -u apache /opt/rh/rh-php73/root/usr/bin/php /usr/share/nextcloud/occ maintenance:mode --off

but only got the error messages This version of Nextcloud requires at least PHP 7.4
You are currently running 7.3.33. Please update your PHP version.

There’s an occ wrapper so you don’t need the long command anymore, see howto:nextcloud [NethServer Wiki]

Usually following procedure processes needed upgrades and disables maintenance mode:

occ upgrade

occ maintenance:mode --off
