Module: webtop, nextcloud
Hi all,
I want to integrate nextcloud in to my webtop environment, as described here.
However, this fails, and I have a few remarks on the documentation.
in the Docs, it is stated you (admin) need to add authorisations to group users:
service: com.sonicle.webtop.vfs (cloud) (store_cloud & store_other)
However, I only see:
service : Cloud (com.sonicle.webtop.vfs).
Q1: is that the correct one? (If so, should docs be updated?) I guess so, because I got it working..
Thereafter (in the section where the user needs to add its resource), there’s a screenshot saying you should select webdav. I got it working only with “webdav over SSL”.
Q2: is the screenshot wrong, or am I doing something wrong, but with a correct result?
There’s a remark box saying “If Nextcloud has been configured with a custom virtual host…” .
But to my knowledge, this is the only way to set it up in NS8?
Q3: should that text not be corrected, and the default path updated (leaving out the nextcloud prefix)
Q4: or did I luckily get it working in a very uncommon and unsafe way?
Hopefully I have found some flaws in the Docs, and did my config OK…
