NextCloud install error

NethServer Version: 7.8.2003
Module: NextCloud
Hi
I just installed a new nethserver instatillation.
After this I have registered it in my domain (Also a nethserver).
all this has gone as it should, without any problems.

Then I install NextCloud on the new nethserver. But after installation,it appears that NextCloud cannot see or communicate with the Domain.

I also get an error when I try to login to NextCloud.

Did you enter correct bind user/password for authentication on the new Nethserver in the provider settings? It’s needed for Nextcloud and other applications, see the documentation.
Are there errors in /var/lib/nethserver/nextcloud/nextcloud.log or /var/opt/rh/rh-php73/log/php-fpm/error-nextcloud.log ?

Did you try to use SSL instead of STARTTLS on the Nextcloud NethServer?

Change “ldap://” to “ldaps://” and disable STARTTLS.

That was what was needed.
after I uncheck STARTTLS and change “ldap: //” to “ldaps: //”, NextCloud came online.
