IMHO it’s about time to disable the web-based upgrader,
either by replacing /usr/share/nextcloud/updater/index.php
with something that explains to user to be patience and wait until nethserver releases an update.
_ OR _
simply set 'upgrade.disable-web' => true,
in nextcloud’s config.php with this result:

RTFM (search for upgrade
)
https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/stable/admin_manual/configuration_server/config_sample_php_parameters.html#nextcloud-verifications
Or in the sample configuration:
* to performance degradation and large log files on busy instance. * * Thus enabling this in production for longer periods of time is not recommended * or should be used together with the ``log.condition`` setting. */ 'filelocking.debug' => false, /** * Disable the web based updater */ 'upgrade.disable-web' => false, /** * Set this Nextcloud instance to debugging mode * * Only enable this for local development and not in production environments * This will disable the minifier and outputs some additional debug information * * Defaults to ``false`` */ 'debug' => false,
Do not know if it is water-tight , definitely a good start.
