Nextcloud 21 - database:"File is locked"

The method “File is locked” in https://wiki.nethserver.org/doku.php?id=howto:nextcloud does not work any more.
I tried DELETE FROM oc_file_locks WHERE 1; via the socked, but got stuck due to timeout.
Temporary fix: disabled in config.php via ‘filelocking.enabled’ => false,
