I made available a new vagrant box image for VirtualBox. It is based on rc2 plus all the updates until yesterday evening.
You may use it like this:
$ vagrant init nethserver-7 http://vagrant.sys42.eu/nethserver-7
$ # wait until download procedure ends
$ vagrant up
