New installation problem on install nethserver-freepbx

Hi,

On new installation of nethserver pbx, this install asterisk 18, but have a error, asterisk dont start and freepbx dont install.

Please help

I found the error…

warning: user asterisk does not exist - using root
warning: group asterisk does not exist - using root

on install dont create asterisk user and group

if before install create the group and user asterisk, then install complete.

Glad you’re able to solve it.
The user asterisk is supposed to be created during (freepbx/asterisk) installation.

I made a fix and an issue Asterisk 18 package doesn't create asterisk user · Issue #6668 · NethServer/dev · GitHub it is in testing right now.
If you want to, you can verify if my fix solve the problem by installing the packages in the issue.
