Easiest (and best) would be deactivating the WLAN NIC already in the BIOS of that Box, if possible…

BTW if the NIC is not assigned, you can leave as is: It will not cause any trouble.
Thank you for your support. I can only disable the two ethernet ports in the BIOS. For the WIFI-Interface don’t exist such option.
My question is more aimed at learning about Nethservers. Usually the Network Manager offers the possibility to enable and disable network interfaces. I’m interested to learn how this works in Centos via Nethserver.
An unassigned interface is just disabled but visible from the UI, just in case you want to use it later ![]()
