Nethserver subscription page broken?

When I try to get a subsciption and click on “Start Trial” nothing happens.

(I switched off the popup blocker of course.)

I cleared the cache of the proxy and tried it with opera, firefox and chrome.

Anybody has the same problem??

HI @flatspin,
try to click “Login / Signup” above the page and tell us if you are correctly logged in and if it’s possibile to create a new trial subscription.

If not, we proceed to analyze the problem…(maybe the “Start trial” button has some issue)

Will try as soon as the page is online again. ATM I get a 404

@alefattorini did you recognize that www.nethserver.org is down?

@edoardo_spadoni and @alefattorini site is online again and now the subscription button works!

O.k. I installed my first subsciption. Yeahhhhh.

@edoardo_spadoni or @davidep may I suggest a more detailed info at the admin manual?

It would be good to give a hint about how to install subscription, like “To install the subsciption feature, please access the command line and enter the following command yum install @nethserver-subscription. After that you can access a subscrition page under “Administration” in the server-manager-gui (https://ipofyourserver:980).”

Otherwise the user has to go to the dartagnan docs and search there. It’s managable, but not very comfortable.

The module will be available by default from 7.5. Existing 7.4 installations have to run

 yum update @nethserver-iso
