as soon as I sign up in the program, guacamole in the RDP connection, the connection breaks off after about 5 minutes.

It comes :
“The connection to the server was closed due to high latency.”

Can somebody help me.

Nethserver is installed on ProxMox. The RDP connection is Windows 7 professional.

Hi @lucio3011,

how much time takes a ping to the server you want to connect via RDP? Does it work with other remote software?

I found that reducing color depth may solve the problem and running a video may break the connection, just some ideas, don’t know if it’s relevant:
